The newly proposed Pacific Maritime Centre is now accepting Expressions of Interest for the 6 story office tower.
Prime office space is available to lease and is ideal for longterm leasees such as federal and provincial departments, crown corporations, educational institutions and private professional corporations. This AAA office tower consists of 2,000 sqft to 15,000 sqft floorplates with 90,000 sqft available over 6 floors.
The PMC will house up to 160,000 sqft. of additional museum and conference space, with the Maritime Museum
of BC housing 80,000 sqft; 40,000 sqft floor plate will be used as a conference centre located adjacent to the newly
proposed City of Langford Arts and Cultural Centre.
The PMC may also be capable of housing two additional 40,000 sqft plates that would be available for lease to
preferred clients with interests within this proposed arts and cultural precinct. Langford is family focused with an
abundance of resources (onsite daycare facility proposed).
